Galatians 2:20 is one of the more memorable verses in the whole letter. I am touched by the personal appeal of this verse. Leading up to verse 20, the letter reads to me as if Paul has moved from a theoretical discourse about the inability of the law to save to his personal account of transformation according to the love of God. The last phrase is key; “I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me”. Friends, when we grasp the love of God for the us and for world, we are undone. Life is brought forth in love. This is the most tender application of a beautiful doctrine, this is theology in motion. Listen in to the joy of life lived in the light of justification by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.
